Return Policy

What is the return policy of Ferrara GiFè Gioielli? Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery in order to receive a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, intact, in their original packaging and with the original labels and tags attached, along with all accessories and related documents (such as instructions booklets, product certificates, etc.) and in the intact packaging. If you decide to return the order, follow the instructions to complete the return process without additional costs and receive a full refund. 1.Fill out the return form if included in the original order package, indicating the products, quantity and reason for returning the selected items. 2.Insert the return form with the products you wish to return into the original packaging or a similar-sized box. Apply the courier's return label to the package and securely close it for shipment. Apply the label so that it is perfectly visible on the package and the return address and barcode are not covered in any way. 3.Deliver the package to the nearest Access Point or contact the courier to schedule a home pickup. When the package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. We will verify that the package meets the return conditions and requirements and perform a product quality check. Only after the product is considered acceptable/in compliance with our conditions and requirements, we will proceed with the full or partial refund. After the refund has been processed, the customer will receive an email notification of the credit note. Exclusively for the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Mexico, Japan, San Marino and Vatican City: carefully attach 2 copies of the commercial invoice to the package. Take the third one with you to the Access Point or deliver it to the courier in case of collection. We will refund all amounts paid by the customer within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the return. The timing of receipt of the refund may vary depending on your credit institution. Are shipping costs refundable? Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country of the product. Unfortunately, customs and return shipping costs will be totally (or partially, depending on the case) deducted from the refund amount. How can I request a VAT refund? Are you satisfied with our product? Ferrara GiFè Gioielli is pleased to offer a refund of all customs costs related to the shipment of the purchased product. Note: The purchase must be made exclusively for personal use (not commercial). For orders outside the European Union, the courier will contact the recipient for local VAT and customs duties payments to clear the goods. It will be the recipient's responsibility to advance customs costs in order to receive the package. To obtain a refund of these costs, simply provide the relevant courier invoice to the appropriate email. Once we have verified the date and documentation provided, we will initiate the VAT refund procedure with the payment method used when the order was placed. Note: the request for a refund of customs charges implies the cessation of the right to return the goods. Note: personalized and/or customized jewelry is not subject to any return policy. Note: for states outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes will be deducted by the courier. These will be advanced by Ferrara GiFè Gioielli and subsequently totally or partially deducted from the refund amount (depending on the case).
